What is the Ambassador Program?
The CreatrHub Creator Ambassador Program rewards our earliest, most active creators with real perks: commission boosts, priority brand matching, early campaign access, and a direct voice in how the platform grows. This is not a loyalty card. It is a partnership.
How It Works
Get Invited or Apply
Existing CreatrHub creators are invited based on activity, or apply via the Ambassador tab on the platform dashboard.
Complete Your Profile
A complete, verified creator profile (bio, niche, social links, rate card, and 3+ portfolio samples) is required before ambassador status activates.
Earn Points
Every action you take (completing briefs, referring creators, sharing content, leaving reviews) earns ambassador points toward your tier.
Unlock Your Tier
Points determine your tier: Seed, Rising, or Elite. Higher tiers unlock bigger perks, more visibility, and more income. Tiers are reviewed quarterly.

Refer a creator who signs up
Share your referral link. Earn 150 pts when they sign up and complete their profile.
Refer a creator who completes a brief
When a creator you referred completes their first paid brief, you earn a bonus.
Refer a brand to CreatrHub
Introduce a brand that signs up and posts a live brief. Verified by the team.
Refer a brand that pays for annual subscription
When a brand you referred upgrades to and pays for an annual CreatrHub subscription. Verified by the team. Awarded once per qualifying brand.
Appear in a CreatrHub case study
Work with the team to document your journey for the platform blog or socials.
Share CreatrHub content publicly
Tag @CreatrHub in a post about your experience. Up to 2 posts per month count.
Leave a verified platform review
Submit a written review of your CreatrHub experience (min 100 words). One per creator.
Community Feed & Social Video Points
Post videos, engage with fellow creators, and earn points for building the community.
Weekly Community Points Cap: 300 pts
Community points are capped at 300 points per week to keep the leaderboard fair and reward quality over volume. Brief completions, referrals, and platform engagement actions are uncapped.
Community Feed Points
Interact, like, comment & share creator feed content
Post a video to the community feed
Upload an original video to the CreatrHub community feed. Up to 5 posts per week count. Quality content only (reposts and duplicates excluded).
Your post receives 10+ likes
When your community video reaches 10 or more likes from fellow creators, you earn a bonus 20 points per qualifying post.
Comment on another creator's post
Leave a meaningful comment (10+ words) on another creator's community post. Up to 10 comments per day count. Spam excluded.
Like another creator's post
Engage with community content. Up to 20 likes per day count toward points. Self-engagement and bot activity monitored and excluded.
Your post is shared by another creator
When a fellow creator shares your community video to their own feed or external channels. Points awarded per unique share, up to 5 per post.
Community post featured by CreatrHub
When the CreatrHub team selects your video as a featured post on the platform or in brand-facing content. Awarded once per feature.

Create a video used on CreatrHub socials
Submit a video to the CreatrHub team for use on our TikTok, Instagram, or LinkedIn. Points awarded when the video goes live on our channels.
Video receives 1,000+ views on CreatrHub channels
When a video you created for CreatrHub socials hits 1,000+ organic views. Tracked by the CreatrHub team. Awarded once per qualifying video.
Video receives 10,000+ views on CreatrHub channels
When your CreatrHub social video hits 10,000+ organic views. Milestone bonus (awarded in addition to the 1,000 view reward).
Creator tip or tutorial video published by CreatrHub
Submit an educational video (e.g. UGC tips, how-to content) that CreatrHub publishes under its brand. Must be approved and posted by the team.
Program Rules and Conduct
Ambassadors represent CreatrHub. These rules protect the program and every creator in it.
Authenticity Only
Ambassadors must share honest experiences of CreatrHub. Fabricated reviews, fake referrals, or misleading content about the platform will result in immediate removal and point forfeiture.
No Self-Referral
Creators cannot refer themselves using secondary accounts. Referral points are only awarded when a genuinely new creator signs up and completes their profile independently.
Quality Over Volume
Points from brief completions are only awarded when the brand approves the final content. Rushed or low-quality submissions that are rejected do not count. Consistently low-quality work may result in ambassador status review.
Community Conduct
The ambassador community is a safe, supportive space. Harassment, spam, or behaviour that undermines other creators will result in immediate removal from the program with no reinstatement period.
Quarterly Review
Ambassador points reset every 90 days. Creators must maintain activity to retain their tier. Inactive creators (zero points earned in a quarter) revert to Seed tier regardless of previous standing.
CreatrHub Reserves the Right
CreatrHub may modify program perks, point values, or tier thresholds with 30 days notice. Ambassadors who violate platform terms of service lose ambassador status immediately.
